In Line Oscillating Diameter Measurement Systems

bg_pic__14_The oscillating measurement systems DO 100 OS/ DO 150 OS measure optically in line diameter and shape of pipes, tubes and profiles very precisely.

The oscillating diameter gauges DO 100 OS and DO 150 OS measure contactless diameter and shape of long products passing in line. Measurement is done by electro-optical sensors, arranged in a 2-axis (xy) – gauge head.

The gauge oscillates continuously or in steps over the moving product. Angle and speed of rotation are adjustable. Because of contactless and very fast measuring, the system is suitable for all practical line speeds.

The measurement data are shown on a PC or a separate control unit. Report of actual/nominal and tolerance values is standard. Alarm is given if the set limits are exceeded.

Especially for measuring flat wires the DO 10 OS is developed. Thickness and width of flat wires are measured with the gauge contactless in the production line.
